|

- Custom made baffled two-way (up-down) blinds in kitchen and the three bedrooms

- Custom vertical blinds on sliding doors from dining area to deck

- Two "thru-the-wall" Freidrich A/C units for master bedroom and living room/dining area

- Samsung split A/C unit for second upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom
